We don't have the costs of retail branches or the burden of legacy systems, that typically make processes cumbersome and slow for customers. We believe it's time Australians had access to a new type of bank - that serves their interests - and is delivered through a brilliant mobile experience. We will deliver this through building the bank with our customers, and by using the best technology has to offer. We are not a bank yet, but we have applied for our banking licence.
