The security of your money is very, very important to us :-). Xinja has secured a restricted authorised deposit taking institution (RADI) licence from the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA). This means that Xinja is officially a bank and can conduct restricted banking business (RBB). Xinja cannot, however, offer bank accounts to the general public until it is granted a full Authorised Deposit-taking Institution license by APRA. Xinja has applied for this license. If you have a Xinja prepaid card, your funds are actually held by our partner Indue, who is an authorised deposit-taking institution. Indue is regulated as are all other banks as regards security, and have rigorous security and fraud monitoring processes.
