That's ok, follow these easy steps and we'll help you out!
Step One: Don't panic!
Step Two: If you've got access to your Xinja app, lock your card straight away. This is easily done by selecting the card option at the bottom of the screen and swiping to lock your card.
Step Three: If the card is really lost and you need another, get in touch to order a replacement via in-app chat or call us on 1800 946 527 (or +61 2 8598 8525 if you're overseas).
If you've lost your card and don't have access to the app, call us and we'll lock your card for you, immediately.
