This is most likely because your account has not been activated yet. To create an account, go to our website www.xinja.com.au and click on 'Join us' from here you can complete a registration form to receive an account and be sent a card! We will send you an email confirming your account has been set up and you will be able to sign in! Once your card arrives (usually within 5-7 business days), log back into the app, set a PIN and you're good to go!
