You may have locked your card in the app - so check there first :-). If not, we may have locked your card because of suspected fraudulent activity. Or, you may have attempted an online purchase and failed a security question. Either way, call us on 1800 946527 (or +61 2 8598 8525 if overseas) and we'll sort it out for you.
