If you believe a transaction was unauthorised please contact Xinja support immediately on 1800946527 (or +61 2 8598 8525 if overseas) and we'll investigate for you. However, if it is found that the payment was indeed authorised a $20 fee might be charged. Please refer to section 24 of our PDS for more information at this link.
