Xinja just completed it's 2nd Retail Equity Crowd Funding Campaign on the 22nd of February, 2019.

We would love to launch a crowd funding campaign every year.  The existing legislation doesn't allow crowdfunding once a company passes a certain asset size. Annoyingly we expect to be larger than the allowed limit and therefore unlikely to be allowed to do any further crowdfunding.
