As an investor, you would have read in the Investor Memorandum on the Equitise website that an investment in Xinja is illiquid until such time that we list on an exchange such as the ASX via an initial public offering.
There's nothing, however, to stop you selling your shares to someone else and transferring the shares to them. This is known as an Off Market Transfer. This means that you would need to find a buyer for the shares and agree on a price that you want to sell the shares for. To download an Off Market Transfer form head to the Boardroom website: https://boardroomlimited.com.au/investor-forms/.
Xinja encourages you to seek some advice from Boardroom before you find your buyer on how to complete the transfer. You can contact them on the details found here. Just have your share registry details handy (i.e. your security reference number) which can be found on your holding statement. Please note that, due to regulation, Xinja does not facilitate transactions concerning it's shares.
