Recently tried to purchase something and your card wasn't accepted even though your balance was high enough?
This might be because your card is currently locked in-app or you attempted to enter your PIN wrong too many times.
If you try to purchase something and get your PIN wrong 3 times in a row your card will be locked and you can't unlock it in-app. The lock will remain until midnight on the day that it happens so you will have access the next day if you can wait! If you need access straight away though give us a call on 1800 946 527 (or +61 2 85988525 if you're overseas)
P.S If you get it wrong 3 times in an ATM while getting cash out it will be eaten and there are no backsies! - We can replace your card if you give us a call though ;)
