When do I get my statement?
Statements are made available for your accounts every 6 months, shortly after the end of June and the end of December each year. These are made available electronically through the Xinja App.
How do I download and view statements?
Statements can be accessed via the Xinja App.
To access the statements, tap on ‘view account’ or ‘view Stash’ and tap on ‘Statements’. Tap the relevant statement and you’ll see the PDF which you can download to your phone, upload to the cloud or send to yourself as an attachment via email or other channels. Please note, statements are currently only available in PDF format.
Any statements that have been generated for your account will be listed and will remain accessible for you to view and download for up to 7 years.

Can I get a copy of statement mailed to me?
Statements can only be accessed electronically through the Xinja App where you are free to download and print any time you like.
Can I get a statement on demand?
Statements are automatically generated and available every 6 months.
However, we understand in some cases you may require a statement before the end of the statement period! Please chat to the Xinjarati through the app and they can request a statement for you 😊
