To send out funds within this limit, you'll need access to the app (of course!) and access to the mobile number linked to your account.
If you'd like to make a transfer above $20,000, or if you're overseas, our helpful Xinjarati can assist! 🙋♂️
What we'll need from you
- Account name
- Account number and BSB
- The amount you need to send (please make sure this is moved into your Transaction account before contacting Xinja)
- Please let us know if you've sent money between this account and Xinja before
- Any payment note or reference needed for the transfer
When you have the above info ready, please reach out on the in-app chat (in the top left corner of the app, this is the easiest!) or give us a ring on 1800 946 527 (+61 2 8598 8525 if you're overseas).

What's the time frame?
Once we've completed all our relevant checks, in some cases, we'll need to give you a call back within 24 hours to confirm the details of the payment. 📞
From here, the payment will take 1-3 business days (in most cases, 24 hours) to land in the desired account!
