Once the email address is verified: if you already have a Xinja account and are being asked for your mobile or ID info again, stop right there! 🛑
It is likely that you have signed up with an alternative email address to the one you have just entered! This will cause the app the start making a new account for you.
At this stage, you'll need to reinstall the app and enter the correct email address at the sign-in page.
