- If the pending transactions are unauthorised, Xinja conducts an investigation to determine whether a dispute can be raised with Mastercard to help get your funds back, once the transactions have settled.
- Lock your card: This stops any further payments on your card whilst we investigate what's happened. Tap view account > card > and swipe to lock 🔒

- Where you have participated in a transaction, you always need to attempt to contact the merchant to get a refund or resolve the issue first.
