If you have set up your Xinja Bank Account to receive your salary, please get in touch with your employer as soon as possible to nominate an alternative bank account to receive your salary.
Please ensure that you cancel any direct debits into or from your Xinja Bank Account as soon as possible.
Please make sure you have nominated an alternative external bank account for any direct debits and recurring payments.
Note that any incoming payments will not be able to be received into your Xinja Bank Account after Tuesday 22nd December 2020. Our systems will however remain operating for you to withdraw your balance from your account. If you have any incoming payments after Tuesday 22nd December 2020, these funds will be returned to the originating bank.
